On a true cleansing diet, you need to eliminate foods from animals or containing animal by-products. Therefore all the food and meals you will have at the retreat are vegetarian, and mostly organic and vegan.

Breakfast: Multigrain waffles with Maple Syrup
Sausage
Kiwi Salad
Snacks: Popcorn, raw veggies
Lunch: Carrot and Apple Salad
Chili with Roasted Garlic Toast
Snacks: Popcorn, raw veggies, nuts
Dinner: Salad
Spaghetti with Spicy Meatballs
Shortbread Cookies
