Objective

This retreat is designed to remove you from the outside world for a while. It will be for the most part silent. This will give you the opportunity to define your goals within your own mind.

Our objective and goal is to show you the way to purify your body of unwanted substances and toxins, and to clarify your desires in life and the methods to achieve them. Through proper diet and exercise, we will help you to create the desire and the will-power to get the body and mind to a state of health and happiness.

This will be achieved with the help of yoga, rhythm dancing, self-defense, meditation and a variety of classes which will aid you mentally in your challenges. You will also benefit from a healthy diet of mainly organic vegetables, grains, fruit, legumes and nuts.

To summarize what we would like to accomplish, we want you to reach a harmonious relationship with your body and mind and give you a sense of balance in your everyday life.
